Lansdowne, PA – January 16, 2024

The Penn Wood Polar Bears will be #FreezinForAReason on February 9, 2024, as they take the Polar Plunge at Citizen’s Bank Park in Philadelphia. Students will show their support for William Penn School District’s commitment to being a Unified Champion School District through their participation in Special Olympics and Best Buddies as a “Cool School”. Students will meet other “cool schools” participants, make their “plunge” into the polar pool and get a grab and go lunch that is provided before returning to school.
