Strategic Plan: Focus Forward and Beyond
We are excited to announce that the William Penn School District has embarked on the planning process for our new strategic plan, Focus Forward and Beyond. This initiative will guide the district’s vision for the future, ensuring we meet the needs of every student, family, and staff member in meaningful ways. The new plan builds on the progress achieved through Focus Forward 2025, which is now wrapping up.
The Focus Forward and Beyond strategic plan will reflect input from students, families, staff, and community partners, aligning our goals with the aspirations of the entire district. The official launch will take place in April 2025, and we look forward to working together to shape a brighter future for all.

During this process, there are meetings with various stakeholders for input and review including WPSD cabinet members and senior staff, WPSD Board of Directors, the Teacher Advisory Council. the Family Advisory Council, and the Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council.
