The William Penn School District is offering a series of help sessions on Zoom for those who may need assistance with activating their ParentSquare account or who have questions. Please stay tuned for additional dates.
Weds, August 21 @ 12 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Mon, August 26 @ 5:30 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Tues, August 27 @ 1 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Thurs, August 29 @ 9 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Families Who are New to the District
Beginning on Monday, August 19th, you will receive an activation email from ParentSquare with instructions on how to get started. We will continue to send this message on a rolling basis to reach out to those who have not activated their accounts. Please note, your registration has to be complete for the upcoming school year in order to receive the email.
You can also go to parentsquare.com/signin to activate your account. Make sure to use the email address that you used to register your students.
Returning Families
If you are returning to the district and you have not previously registered your account, you will also receive an activation email from ParentSquare beginning on Monday, August 19th. You can also go to parentsquare.com/signin to activate your account.
If your contact information has changed, please reach out to your student’s school, so they can make the updates in eSchool. Once this is completed, the information will sync with ParentSquare within 24 hours.
If You Don’t Activate Your account
You will still receive communications from your school through ParentSquare, including emergency communications, but you will have access to less features. Remember, ParentSquare is the channel through which your school and student’s teacher will communicate with you. Be sure to have your account activated and have your correct contact information listed. It is important that we can communicate with you at all times.
