Superintendent’s Evaluations

The William Penn School District Board of Directors provides an annual evaluation of the performance of Dr. Eric J. Becoats, Superintendent of Schools. The evaluation tool is based on eight standards using a rating range of 1-4 as follows:

4=High, Proficient;
3=Acceptable, Met Standard;
2=Low, Needs Improvement;
1=Unacceptable, Did Not Meet Standard.

The standards evaluated are:

  8. Personal and Professional Growth

2022-2023 Results

  • The Board of Directors used the PSBA evaluation tool to evaluate Dr. Becoats and determined that he met the standards.
