Lansdowne, PA – July 28, 2025

The William Penn School District will update its virtual meeting platform, effective Monday, July 28, 2025. All virtual participation on school board and committee meetings will be conducted on Microsoft Teams, replacing Zoom. As a reminder, all School Board Business Meetings and Committee Meetings of the Whole will also be conducted in person at the administration building at 100 Green Avenue in Lansdowne.

This transition aligns our meetings with the district’s existing technology infrastructure and is designed to maintain a high level of security and accessibility for all participants.

WPSD community members can join meetings by clicking the link found on the “Board Meeting and Information Notices” webpage or on the website calendar. Participants can join directly from their phone, tablet, or laptop without needing to install any software, or they can use the free Microsoft Teams application.

The Teams app can be downloaded for both Apple users or Android users.
