Penn Wood High School’s standout athlete, Kivaleon Clarke, continues to impress on the national stage. After a remarkable season that saw him win the District 1 title and secure a second-place finish at the PIAA State Championships in the triple jump, Kivaleon extended his season by competing in the prestigious New Balance Nationals on June 15 at Franklin Field.
Facing off against the nation’s top triple jumpers, Kivaleon delivered an outstanding performance. He achieved a jump of 48-10 ¾, which not only marked a new personal best but also earned him an impressive fourth-place finish overall. This stellar performance garnered him All-American honors, a testament to his dedication and skill in the sport.
Kivaleon’s athletic journey doesn’t end here. He will be taking his talents to King’s College, where he will compete in both track and field and football. His achievements have brought pride to Penn Wood High School, and the community looks forward to his future successes at the collegiate level.
