The William Penn School District is excited to recognize the outstanding achievements of its employees with the Employee of the Quarter award for the first quarter of the 2024-2025 school year. This honor celebrates individuals who have gone above and beyond in their roles, demonstrating exceptional dedication and commitment to their schools, students, and the broader community.
A committee, selected at random, reviewed and scored nominations submitted by peers to determine the winners. The recipients were chosen based on their exemplary contributions and high scores in the selection process.
As part of the celebration, each winner received an engraved plaque, a $50 Amazon gift card, flowers, and a balloon, delivered personally by Superintendent Dr. Eric Becoats.
