Penn Wood Youth Wrestling is inviting young athletes to a free mini-camp to learn the basics of wrestling. The event is open to girls and boys in grades 1–6 and will be led by the Penn Wood High School coaching staff and wrestlers.

This free camp gives young wrestlers a fun, hands-on introduction to the fundamentals of wrestling. Participants will learn basic skills and rules through drills, games, and friendly competitions, all in an encouraging, team-oriented environment.
