Survey
The Climate, Culture, and Engagement Survey for students, families, and staff is a product of Action Strategy 2.5.1 of the William Penn School District (WPSD) strategic plan, Focus Forward 2025. The survey’s purpose is to improve school culture, student engagement, family engagement, and community involvement, while also advancing overarching goal 3.1 by supporting the retention of a high-quality, diverse staff. The 25-26 school year is the 4th school year of the survey administration at WPSD.
The Family Engagement Survey is open through February 27th, and all family members identified as the student’s primary guardian have received an email with a link to complete it.
Use the form at the link below to request support in filling out the WPSD district wide survey.
The survey for staff and students will take place in May 2026 and will be used to assess the impact of this year’s survey action plans, and also as the foundation for next year’s attempts to continuously improve school culture and students/family engagement.
The Fall Formative Survey was administered in November to students and staff, providing leaders with an early indication of how their survey action plans were strengthening culture and climate. WPSD also held follow-up focus groups to better understand the schools’ staff feedback. The results of the focus groups can be viewed at the link below.
