The William Penn School District will launch its Fall Climate, Culture, and Engagement Survey on November 3, inviting students and staff to share their voices and experiences. The survey will remain open through November 14.
This districtwide survey supports the goals of our strategic plan by promoting collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement across the district. It is designed to help WPSD better understand how students and staff feel about their learning and working environments, strengthen engagement, and foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
The Climate, Culture, and Engagement Survey is developed in partnership with Panorama Education and EAB, using research-based tools grounded in best practices from leading educational researchers. Panorama’s platform ensures that all responses remain anonymous and confidential, allowing participants to share honest and thoughtful feedback.
WPSD is committed to making sure that every voice is represented. The district has set strong participation goals for both students and staff and works to ensure that all surveys are accessible to everyone. Surveys are available in multiple languages and include read-aloud features and developmentally appropriate questions for younger students. Students will have the opportunity to complete the survey during specific times during the school day.
The Spring Climate, Culture, and Engagement Survey will be administered later in the school year and will include students, staff, and families, giving parents and guardians an opportunity to share their perspectives as well.
Survey results will be used at both the district and school levels to celebrate successes, identify areas for growth, and guide ongoing improvement efforts. By participating, students and staff play an important role in shaping the future of the William Penn School District.
Everyone’s input matters. Together we can continue to build schools where all students and staff feel valued, supported, and inspired to achieve their best.
