ParentSquare is the main communication tool between the William Penn School District and families. Be sure to GET CONNECTED and STAY CONNECTED, so you are always informed and engaged throughout the school year. This is how you can communicate with your student’s teachers and where you will receive all emergency and urgent communications, including weather-related school delays and closures.

ParentSquare is easy to use and accessible from any device. You can download the free ParentSquare app from the App Store or Google Play, or log in at www.parentsquare.com/signin using your email address or phone number. Please use the email address that you used to register your student.

You can customize your preferences and choose how and when you want to be contacted. You can also communicate with staff members in your preferred language, as ParentSquare automatically translates messages into more than 100 languages.

We believe that ParentSquare will help us strengthen our home-school partnership and create a more positive and supportive learning environment for our students. We encourage you to join ParentSquare and stay connected with us throughout the school year. Please note, if you already registered for your ParentSquare account during the 2023-2024 school year, your account is still active as it rolls over for the next school year.
