Strategic Plan Development Process
(Info shared in 2021)
It is an exciting time in the William Penn School District as our 2021-2025 Strategic Plan is underway.
We are setting the direction of the future of the District, and you are encouraged to get involved. This is an inclusive process where all voices have the opportunity to be heard and help to create a shared vision for the course of the William Penn School District.
Three overarching priorities will guide the development of the Plan:
- Cohesiveness – Partner with families, communities, and public organizations to foster shared ownership of schools and collectively create opportunities for student success;
- Academic Excellence – Review and examine the District’s academic programming, to include processes, programs, protocols, and structures that promote academic growth;
- Efficiency and Effectiveness – Demonstrate financial accountability and an ethic of care for students and staff.
