Parents and guardians who have questions about their child’s P-EBT benefits should contact the DHS family P-EBT support center as soon as possible. The support center can be reached by phone at 877-343-0179 or online at http://www.pennebt.com/. The deadline for inquiries is 11/30/2023.

After that date, the support center will not be able to assist with P-EBT issues. Additionally, the P-EBT school helpdesk, which helps schools and DHS with P-EBT related matters, will close on 12/29/2023. Therefore, parents and guardians are urged to resolve any P-EBT concerns before the end of the year.
