ParentSquare Help Desk Sessions for Families

The William Penn School District is committed to helping families stay connected and engaged through ParentSquare, our district’s communication platform. To support families in learning how to use ParentSquare effectively, the district will be offering a series of virtual and in-person help desk sessions throughout the school year.

These sessions will give families an opportunity to ask questions, learn tips and tricks, and receive hands-on guidance with using ParentSquare.

Virtual Help Desk Sessions (via Microsoft Teams)

August

  • Wednesday, August 20, 12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • Monday, August 25, 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, August 26, 1:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 28, 9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

September

  • Tuesday, September 2, 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, September 10, 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, September 24, 6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

October

ParentSquare Information at School Events

  • Back-to-School Kickoff – ParentSquare information will be available at the Communications table on Wednesday, August 27, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Penn Wood Middle School
  • Back-to-School Nights – There will be a ParentSquare information table at each school’s event.
