The William Penn School District’s podcast, What Do You Say with Dr. Eric J., is back for Season 3! Superintendent Dr. Eric J. Becoats kicked off the new school year with an inspiring conversation about preparing every student for success.

In the first episode of the season, Dr. Becoats reflects on the excitement of the opening days of school and shares the district’s vision for the future through the Portrait of a Graduate. This framework highlights the skills, values, and qualities the district is committed to instilling in all students to help them thrive in school and beyond.

Dr. Becoats is then joined by special guests who bring school pride and teamwork to the forefront. Penn Wood alum and new head football coach Darren “Ducky” Ryals ’86 sits down with student-athletes Jaiden Smith ’27 and Sheldon Hannibal ’27 to talk about tradition, leadership, and what it means to represent Penn Wood both on and off the field.
