Lansdowne, PA – July 13, 2026

The William Penn School District Business Administration Office has announced that the 2026-2027 Real Estate Tax Bills are scheduled to be mailed to residents beginning July 17, 2026.

Taxpayers are advised that all payments must be made directly to the district’s tax administrator, HAB-MISC (Berkheimer). Checks must be made payable to HAB-MISC and should not be made payable to the William Penn School District.

Payment Options

Residents can fulfill their tax obligations through several available methods:

Online or Mobile App: Payments can be submitted electronically through the Berkheimer website or via the Berkheimer mobile app. Electronic payments accept credit cards, debit cards, and funds from checking or savings accounts. A service fee of $64.00 applies to credit and debit card transactions, while a service fee of $1.00 applies to checking and savings account transfers.
By Mail: Payments can be sent to HAB-MISC, P.O. Box 25144, Lehigh Valley, PA 18002-5144.
By Phone: Payments can be processed over the phone by calling 610-599-3143.
In Person: Payments are accepted at 140 South Village Avenue, Exton, PA 19031 (located off Route 100).

Installment Plan Policy

Taxpayers who choose to pay their real estate taxes through the installment method must ensure that the first installment payment is received by Berkheimer
no later than August 31, 2026. According to district policy, late receipt of the first installment will void the installment option. In such cases, the remaining balance will automatically become due under the standard, regular payment terms.
