Basketball fans and the Penn Wood community are in for an action-packed evening on Friday, November 22, as the school hosts the Rap Curry Alumni Classic, celebrating the legacy of Penn Wood athletics and its standout alumni.

This year’s event is more than just a basketball game. It’s a full slate of exciting activities designed to showcase talent and unite the community.

Schedule of Events

6:00 PM:
Girls’ Drills and Skills Challenge – Watch talented young athletes put their abilities to the test in a dynamic skills showcase.
3-on-3 Competition – High-energy, fast-paced matchups between players ready to prove their dominance.
3-Point Contest – Who’s got the best long-range shot? Find out in this fan-favorite challenge.

7:00 PM:
Boys’ Scrimmage – A spirited game featuring Penn Wood’s rising stars, offering a glimpse of the future of the program.

8:00 PM:
Rap Curry Alumni Game – The main event! Alumni return to the court to display their skills and relive their glory days in a competitive yet fun-filled game honoring Penn Wood legend Rap Curry.

Tickets are just $5, making this family-friendly event a must-attend for anyone who loves basketball, competition, and school spirit. Proceeds will support Penn Wood High School athletics and future community events.
