Lansdowne, PA – December 4, 2024

The William Penn School District, in partnership with the Delaware County Health Department, is holding a walk-in vaccine clinic for 7th, 8th, and 12th-grade students as well as any other students needing TDAP and Meningitis (MCV4) vaccines.

Date: Friday, December 13, 2024

Locations: Penn Wood High School and Penn Wood Middle School

Time: Your child will be called down to the nurses’ office as long as they have submitted or bring their signed consent form. Please ensure that your child is on time for school.

For those who need these vaccinations, please sign and return the parental permission slip to your child’s school nurse by Wednesday, December 11th, so your child can receive their mandated vaccine(s) at their school. If this form is not signed and returned, your child will not be able to receive their vaccine(s). There are copies of this form in the nurse’s office, if you or your child want to pick one up.

Important! If your child does not receive their required vaccine on December 13th or the school nurse has not received any documentation for their medical provider that they have received the vaccine by then, they will be excluded from school beginning on Monday, December 16th. This exclusion will continue until the school nurse receives the required documentation that they have received the required vaccine.
