We provide an Employee Assistance Program(EAP) which is a voluntary, work-based program that offers free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to employees who have personal and/or work-related problems. The Public School Employees’ Retirement System (PSERS) is an agency of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that administers the retirement plan for Pennsylvania’s public school employees.
