The William Penn School District is inviting families to keep learning going strong with its FREE Summer Enrichment Programs for WPSD students who will be entering grades K through 6 for the 2026-27 school year.
Designed to reinforce key skills and spark curiosity, the district’s five-week program blends academic support with hands-on exploration. Students will strengthen core concepts in reading, writing, and math from the previous school year while also engaging in introductory STEAM experiences in science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics.
Programs run Monday, June 29 through Thursday, July 30, 2026, offering a full schedule of enriching activities to keep students engaged all summer long.
Two Exciting Camp Experiences
- Camp R.O.C.K. (Grades K–2)
Students entering kindergarten through second grade will participate in Camp R.O.C.K., where young learners will engage in developmentally appropriate academic experiences designed to support their social, emotional, and academic growth in a safe and nurturing environment. - Kamp Kaboom (Grades 3–6)
Students entering third through sixth grade will join Kamp Kaboom. Through project-based learning, hands-on activities, trips, and games, campers will develop and strengthen strategies to enhance comprehension skills across all subject areas while building collaboration and critical thinking skills.

Registration Information
- Registration for rising 1st through 6th grade students is available through ParentSquare only. A post with detailed information was sent to families on March 9. If families need assistance accessing their ParentSquare account, please contact your school office.
- Deadline to register: March 27, 2026
- Space is limited and registration is first come, first served. Enrollment may close early once capacity is reached.
- Registration for rising kindergarten students will open in April. An email with registration details will be sent to families at that time.
