As the William Penn School District prepares to close out the 2025-2026 fiscal year and begin planning for 2026-2027, community members are encouraged to stay informed about upcoming Board of School Directors meetings.

The final Board meetings of the current fiscal year will take place on:

Thursday, June 25, 2026
Budget and Finance Committee Meeting

Tuesday, June 30, 2026
Special Board Meeting

During the June 30 Special Board Meeting, the Board of School Directors will consider and vote on the proposed 2026-2027 district budget.

At the state level, the Pennsylvania General Assembly is currently working to finalize the Commonwealth’s budget. William Penn School District remains hopeful that a state budget will be adopted in a timely manner, providing school districts with the information needed to plan responsibly and effectively for the upcoming school year.

The district will continue to monitor developments in Harrisburg and will keep staff, families, and the community informed as additional information becomes available.
