Homestead Exclusion Program: Info for WPSD Residents

The deadline to apply for the Homestead Exclusion Program is March 1. This program provides school property tax relief for eligible homeowners.

Who is eligible?
Homeowners who live in their property as their primary, permanent residence may qualify.

Check your eligibility status.
Residents can search their property and view their current Homestead status through the Delaware County Real Estate Tax System, available on the Delaware County website at the link below:

Use the “Search by Address” feature and look for:
“Homestead Status – Current and Next School Bill Cycle.”
