Penn Wood High School will host an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Monday, April 28, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the New Gym at 100 Green Avenue, Lansdowne, PA 19050.

This life-saving event is open to Penn Wood High School Green Avenue Campus students and staff only.

To schedule an appointment, call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) or visit RedCrossBlood.org and enter the sponsor code “penn wood.”

Power Red donations are encouraged for eligible type O, A-, and B- donors. Power Red donors give a concentrated dose of red blood cells, which are the most commonly transfused blood component and can help even more patients.

To save time, donors can complete their pre-donation reading and health history questions online on the day of their appointment by visiting RedCrossBlood.org/RapidPass.
