Lansdowne, PA – January 9, 2025

The Penn Wood Polar Bears will brave the cold for the Polar Plunge at Citizen’s Bank Park on January 31, 2025.

This event highlights the district’s commitment to inclusion as a Unified Champion School District, supporting Special Olympics Pennsylvania and Best Buddies programs. Students will join other “Cool Schools” in raising funds for Special Olympics initiatives, including athlete training, competitions, leadership development, and health programs.
