Principal’s Message

Greetings Families,

I am Javon Oates and I am elated to be of service to you and your child as Principal of Bell Avenue for the fifth year!  My passion is to provide students with an excellent education through rigorous learning, student-centered activities, and building relevant relationships that will ultimately increase student achievement for all.

My goal is to work cohesively with each family for the benefit of every student. Our staff is committed to cultivating exceptional life-long learners.

Strong communication is the foundation of our alliance and we will work earnestly to make those connections. It is my hope that you will avail yourself to partner with us to support your child’s learning at home, and eventually, participate in school activities and events.
